If your mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your Account profile promptly. x111x cannot be held liable for service failures, missed notifications, or failed transactions resulting from outdated Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x111x login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. x111x will treat any activity carried out using your registered credentials as authorised activity by you, and x111x accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact x111x support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. x111x will take prompt steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
Security Tip: x111x strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. x111x staff will never ask for your password by any means of communication. Treat any such request as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.
x111x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank Internet Banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed by x111x at its discretion; the current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in the x111x cashier at all times.
Deposits. All deposits are credited to your x111x Account balance in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. x111x does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are typically credited instantly for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one business day for bank transfer methods.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Pakistani public holidays. Average processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals is under 10 minutes from the time of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified in your Account cashier.
KYC Verification. x111x may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. You agree to provide a clear copy of your CNIC or passport, and proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number), within 72 hours of such a request. Failure to provide documentation within this period may result in the withdrawal request being held or cancelled.
Withdrawal to Deposit Method. x111x operates a policy of returning withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. In cases where the original deposit method cannot accept the withdrawal, x111x may request an alternative verified payment method.
Important: x111x strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Any Account found to be using third-party payment methods may be suspended and all withdrawals held pending investigation.
x111x offers a range of promotions and bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season special promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time of the offer and must be read carefully before claiming.
Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds awarded by x111x are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) is specified in the individual bonus terms. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
Eligible Games. Not all x111x games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are set out in the individual bonus terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage, and sports betting may have specific minimum odds requirements. Bets on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.
Bonus Expiry. All x111x bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period is specified in the individual bonus terms at the time of claiming.
Bonus Abuse. x111x uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to collect the same promotion, placing low-risk or risk-free bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, collusion between players, and any form of arbitrage betting that exploits bonus terms. x111x reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
Note: x111x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for players who have already claimed them at the time of any change, subject to the original terms under which the bonus was claimed.
All bets placed on the x111x sportsbook and casino are subject to x111x's game-specific and sports-specific rules, which are displayed within each game or market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.
Sports Betting. x111x offers live and pre-match betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), and other major sports. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. x111x reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion.
Void Bets. A bet may be voided by x111x in circumstances including: match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, manifest errors in market creation, or verified instances of match-fixing or corruption in the underlying sporting event. Voided bets are refunded in full to your x111x Account balance.
Casino Games. All x111x casino games, including live dealer games and slots, are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or real-world outcomes (for live games), and all providers are audited by independent testing laboratories. x111x does not manipulate game outcomes.
Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or crash game round, x111x will resolve the round in accordance with the applicable game provider's disconnection policy. x111x is not liable for network or connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x111x platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: x111x is required to conduct AML monitoring of all transactions under its international operating licence. x111x cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in relation to any AML investigation. x111x does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. x111x may suspend access to the platform — in whole or in part — for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or in response to security incidents, without prior notice and without liability. x111x will use reasonable efforts to restore full platform access promptly following any such interruption.
x111x is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from: your use of the platform in breach of these Terms; third-party payment processing delays or failures outside x111x's control; connectivity failures on your device or network; or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
x111x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at x111x.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an x111x Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
x111x collects personal data including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment method details, gaming activity records, and device and connection information. This data is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and platform improvement purposes.
x111x does not sell your personal data to third parties. x111x may share data with licensed KYC and payment processing partners where necessary to deliver its services, and with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or by the terms of x111x's operating licence.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x111x holds its international operating licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and x111x, you agree to first contact x111x's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. x111x undertakes to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism available under x111x's international operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from x111x support.
